QuitUp

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer of QuitUp ("we", "us"). By using QuitUp you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

Who can use QuitUp

How to behave in group rooms

Rooms are small, text-only groups of people who are quitting. Be kind. You may not:

Reports, muting and removal

Any user can report or block a message. Messages that several people report are hidden automatically. If your messages are hidden repeatedly, we may mute you for a while or permanently, and we may remove your access to rooms or the app. If you think a decision was a mistake, write to support@quitup.app. We do not use human moderators for every message, so some content may stay visible until it is reported.

Premium and subscriptions

Your content and our service

You keep the rights to what you write. By posting a message you let us show it to the members of your room and store it for the short time described in the Privacy Policy. We may change, pause or end parts of the app. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending your use

You can stop using QuitUp and delete your account and data at any time inside the app (see Delete account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Our responsibility

QuitUp is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what other users write, or for any loss that comes from relying on the app instead of professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app. Using QuitUp after a change means you accept it.
